Treating Cancer by Taking the Brakes Off the Immune System: Modelling Immune-oncology Drugs in preclinical Development

A wide range of targets are currently under investigation for the treatment of cancer. One of the most exciting developments is the utilisation of the patient’s own immune system to treat disease.
