The Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening leads the global scientific community in bringing laboratory technology users and technology providers together under one roof to transform life sciences research! The SLAS Europe 2025 Conference and Exhibition kicks off at the CCH in Hamburg, Germany, on 20 May, with three (optional) off-site technology provider tours and scientific discussion at AcCELLerate, Evotec and Revvity/Fraunhofer ITMP. On 21-22 May, three scientific tracks anchor the program – Advances in Drug Discovery, Advances in Lab Automation, and Screening Applications and Diagnostics – with scientific poster presentations and Student Poster Awards taking place in the exhibition.
The dynamic exhibition has more than 110 technology providers as well as exhibitor tutorials and Solutions Spotlight presentations to provide real-world examples of the technologies in action. A highlight of the exhibition is Innovation AveNEW, a designated area for start-up and emerging biotech companies. Twelve companies were chosen to participate at SLAS Europe 2025 and may compete for the $5000 SLAS Ignite Award.
Networking and career acceleration opportunities are plentiful with Hiring Pitches, conversations with SLAS journal editors, and onsite mentoring opportunities in the SLAS Booth. The evening garden party on the CCH Rooftop Garden, morning stroll in the nearby Planten un Blomen Park and daily receptions and coffee breaks provide time to network and converse in a relaxed atmosphere.
