We would like to inform you that we have successfully completed the change of our company’s legal form from Knick Elektronische Messgeräte GmbH & Co. KG to Knick GmbH, effective October 1, 2026. The change of legal form is legally effective upon its entry into the commercial register.

With this step, we are aligning our corporate structure with an internationally recognized legal form while simultaneously creating suitable corporate and tax frameworks for the continued growth of our company.

As this is an identity-preserving change of legal form, the company will continue to operate seamlessly in its new legal form. This change will have no impact on our cooperation with you.

Please note the following for your systems:

• Contracts: Existing contractual relationships will continue unchanged. There is no need to rewrite or re-sign existing contracts.
• Continuity: Our contact persons, address, and operational processes will remain entirely unchanged.
• Master Data Update: We kindly ask you to use exclusively our new legal form, Knick GmbH, as well as our new commercial register number HRB 292361 B in your master data (ERP systems) for all invoices and documents effective immediately.

All official supporting documents (such as the Fact Sheet, the Declaration of Identity, and the Commercial Register Extract) are always available for download on our information page.
